Harbin-Mudanjiang High-speed Railway is a high-speed railway project in China's extreme-cold and high latitude district. It is one of the main construction projects of the national "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning". It is an important part of the north horizontal line of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. The opening of the Ha-Mu High-speed Railway has played a positive role in boosting the economy of eastern Heilongjiang Province, building a two-hour economic circle in Heilongjiang Province, and promoting port trade with Russia and cultural tourism.
